Important Information

Deposit

A security deposit of AED 1500 is to be paid to Sterling car rental LLC before the vehicle is rented.

The security deposit amount may vary depending on the category of the vehicle rented/ residency status of renter.

Rentals

Rental amounts must be paid in full in advance and any fines, traffic fines, parking fines or any additional charges will be for the hirers full account as per our T&C’s.

Mileage / Kilometers

For Daily/ Weekly Rentals – A daily mileage limit of 200KM is set. Any extra mileage will be charged at AED 0.50/KM.

For Monthly Rentals – A monthly mileage limit of 5000KM is set. Any additional mileage will be charged at AED 0.50/KM.

Age requirements

The minimum rental age for this car is 21 years.

Getting a car

Passport or ID is required.
An international driver’s license is required if the driver is a non resident.

Payment methods

The primary driver must have a credit card in his / her name when picking up the car. The card must have sufficient funds available to cover the amount of the rental and down payment.

Cash and debit cards accepted.

Insurance

Insurance coverage

Basic insurance is included in all options. Basic insurance does not prevent the hirer from being liable for the damage charges and excess amounts.

Third party liability protection (TP): Included only as per basic insurance terms, should you require full insurance which prevents any additional charges please contact us to quote.

The Excess Liability is the amount determined by the car rental supplier for which you can be held liable in case of damage/theft of the vehicle. Damage to or loss of tyres, windscreens, glass and undercarriage may not be covered by the CDW (Collision Damage Waiver).

Full insurance is offered on request whereby the damage charges are waived but excess will still be applicable.
